As a military veteran having spent 9 years in the British army in the 1990's, serving 2 tours of the Former Republic of Yugoslavia on Operation Grapple, and 2 years in Northern Ireland, I travelled well and enjoyed a good career until i left when my son was born. The military has been a huge part of who I am to this day.

After several year working as a telecommunications technician, at the age of 40 I went to University for the first time, where I achieve an honours degree in Law, 2 masters of science in Psychology (the conversion and health) before completing a fast tracked program in social work, along with a Post Graduate diploma in Social Work. Unfortunately social work didn't really work out for me, not least helped by the course occuring during the time of the pandemic. I didn't last too long, and needed something else, that would fulfil my desire to be an agent of change, supporting those who are either vulnerable or struggling, using the skills I have picked up, whilst securing more. I came across the UK college of hynposis, with its evidence based practice of CBT Hynpotherapy.
